We aim to create a flagship redevelopment that will become a model for subsequent urban renewal and community regeneration projects in Ontario.

The urban village we are planning will transition 200 Beverley Street into a modern, vibrant, mixed-use neighbourhood that will attract businesses and integrate residents of different social and cultural backgrounds.

Economic and employment opportunities combined with shared community spaces and exciting amenities will create a unique neighbourhood and foster a sense of belonging among residents.

Our proposal includes residential and commercial components.

The residences consist of a balanced and economically viable combination of condominium unit types

Utmost consideration will be given to issues related to occupants’ health, comfort and safety…

…as well as to energy efficiency, resource conservation, and affordability.

Our plan is that significantly reduced energy consumption will result in a reduced carbon footprint and low environmental impacts to water, land and air.

And because creating meaningful places for living requires the inclusion of green spaces and landscaped public spaces…

…the urban village at 200 Beverley will include open areas, streetscapes and walkways between the dwelling units and the commercial part of the village.

Our aim is to foster a healthy urban space and facilitate social interaction in the neighbourhood…

…so that residents, artists, artisans, entrepreneurs and business people can rub shoulders and feed off each other’s creativity, passion and labour.

Through the inclusion of on-site employment opportunities and commercial activities, this will be a holistic community and a unique place to live, thrive and belong.
